These widgets are actually from Dashboard, a largely forgotten feature of Mac OS X that can be made useful again by bringing them more to the forefront of your desktop. A fun way to customize the Mac desktop is to add floating widgets for things like weather, ski conditions, stocks, and time. So here it is, the konfab clone of the weather widget. Even so, the widgets mentioned here are worth it. After seeing a preview of Tiger (particularly Dashboard), reading about a alternative for Windows (Konfabulator) and seeing the great work of Saladin and Ghostwalker, I decided to make my own contribution.
